Commercial Real Estate Business 21-12-2006:   

The commercial property managers sold its asset the Vaughn Trading Estate in Tipton, Birmingham.

 

The buyers Kenmore Group paid £35.8 mn GBP for the 41 acre site which includes industrial units, yards, warehouse and office units for mixed light industrial use. The site generates £1.7 mn GBP per annum. Brixton expects to seek acquisitions elsewhere with the proceeds.
